Key Responsibilities

  • •Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery and act as the key day-to-day client interface for a value-added cost management service.
  • •Ensure fee/cost forecasts and job open/closed status are accurately updated for monthly WIP, and manage margin tracking using TIC sheets.
  • •Manage estimating and cost planning, including presenting the final cost plan.
  • •Oversee procurement and contract activities (pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis, selection, and contract preparation), and manage post-contract cost variances and change control.
  • •Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports, lead final accounts negotiation, and support business development with bid writing and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant experience, preferably with a construction consultancy in India or abroad.
  • •Hold a graduate degree preferably in Cost Management (Education – Diploma in Engineering / B.E / B.Tech).
  • •A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle from conception through completion and post-project review.
  • •More than 15 years of work experience with demonstrated career growth.
  • •Experience across multiple sub-sectors within property projects is an advantage.
