Location: Singapore
Workplace: Onsite
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Product Management
Seniority: Mid level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute validation runs on IQP/ETV materials under defined timelines, ensuring coverage completeness across MBIST and Native Mode flows.
  • •Support time-bound data crunching (log parsing, statistical summaries) and assist with summary report preparation.
  • •Operate and debug programs on SM3/Cobra (MBIST) and Advantest V93K (Native), including hardware readiness (handler, socket, loadboard, probe card setup).
  • •Validate high-speed I/O (>11 Gbps) and assist with eye diagram and signal integrity checks; use Verilog simulation to reproduce sightings and validate fixes.
  • •Develop basic Python scripts for log parsing and data visualization, maintain documentation in Confluence/Jira with version control in Git/Perforce, and participate in root cause analysis and corrective action closure with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related) with experience, or an MS in EE/CE.
  • •2+ years of semiconductor validation or product engineering experience (DRAM/HBM preferred).
  • •Exposure to HBM validation concepts and flows, including MBIST and Native Mode testing platforms.
  • •Basic experience developing test platform code (C/C++, Python) and familiarity with APG (Algorithmic Pattern Generator).
  • •Verilog simulation exposure (running testbenches and interpreting waveforms) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
