Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor Degree in Medicine Non-licensed Physician.
  • •Certificate in Clinical Coding (CCS/CCA/CPC/CPMA).
  • •At least 3 years’ experience in a clinical, insurance, medical auditing, or coding role in a DRG billing environment within the UAE, including at least 1 year in UAE healthcare.
  • •Proficiency in applying clinical codes and knowledge of ICD-10 CM, CPT, and DRG coding systems.
  • •Experience supporting insurance claims and revenue cycle/billing processes, with a focus on DRG billing and clinical documentation quality.
