Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead gas generation project delivery and technical requirements across Australia, connecting with clients and the market to originate proposals as a trusted advisor.
  • •Lead and manage technical workstreams for gas turbine facility development in collaboration with client technical teams and AECOM engineering and design disciplines.
  • •Prepare functional and technical specifications and provide technical support for procurement and evaluation of OEM gas turbines and balance of plant equipment.
  • •Lead project delivery in Owners Engineer, Project, or Design Management leadership capability, ensuring scope, timeframe, and client budget requirements are met.
  • •Support business development activities, including bid and proposal responses, working with subject matter leaders across engineering disciplines.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years delivering complex greenfield and brownfield gas turbine facility development projects across all stages of delivery.
  • •Strong knowledge of gas turbine facility engineering requirements and the design, operation, and maintenance principles.
  • •Experience working across consulting, developer, OEM, integrator, or EPC industries.
  • •Ability to lead risk assessment discussions, including environmental and noise considerations and OEM/procurement supply chain and delivery time considerations.
  • •Track record preparing or reviewing procurement documentation, evaluating bids, and performing technical due diligence and due diligence for commercial negotiation support.
