Key Responsibilities

  • •Calculate and disburse management, advisory, administration, performance and custody fees, and perform fund net value calculations (daily, weekly, or monthly).
  • •Prepare financial statements and financial reports for clients, including client-customized reports.
  • •Clear and reconcile breaks between broker records and internal books of record, addressing missing subjects in systems vs. bank statements.
  • •File records of correspondences and processed instructions for audit purposes.
  • •Perform accounting entries and settlement for fund expense accruals and payments, and deliver accurate, timely reporting to clients.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate or above with over 1-2 years of financial and/or accounting experience.
  • •Good knowledge of institutional funds and financial/investment instruments/terms and fund services operations.
  • •Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • •Proficient with PC tools, including Excel and MS Word.
  • •High integrity and professionalism, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; accepts rotating shift.
