Key Responsibilities

•Manage operations planning functions including raw materials, production scheduling, inventory, and shipping/receiving to meet customer service expectations.
•Provide safety leadership, working with EHS to maintain safety policies/programs, attend training, and ensure compliance with safety and transportation/storage regulations.
•Supervise department elements including selection, salary planning, training, recognition, discipline, and performance appraisals; apply performance management techniques to develop people.
•Monitor order scheduling/backlog, communicate delays to customer service, coordinate with manufacturing supervisors and production planners, and analyze production planning reports.
•Oversee logistics and inventory optimization, analyze aged inventory and missed order performance (including Pareto/root cause analysis), maintain MRP system data, and act as backup for related planning roles.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,000 - 147,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on business, operations management, or a related field.
•APICS and/or operations and supply chain certification preferred.
•Minimum 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience.
•3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, or operations management (or equivalent experience in production planning/scheduling).
•Lean Six Sigma training (Green Belt preferred or willingness to obtain upon acceptance).
