Job Summary

Design, develop, and administer ServiceNow solutions that streamline IT and customer operations. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to configure ITSM/CSM/ITOM/FSM and Asset Management workflows, build self-service experiences and Virtual Agent conversational flows, and automate integrations using Flow Designer and Integration Hub. Own release management and platform administration, troubleshoot performance issues with QA/DevOps/support, and translate business needs into scalable, ITIL-aligned architectures at Carvana’s on-site Technology Services team.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Asset Management.
•Configure and enhance core ITSM processes (incident, change, problem, and request management).
•Design and implement CSM and FSM solutions, including case management, work orders, scheduling, dispatching, skills management, and planned maintenance.
•Automate workflows with Flow Designer and orchestrate integrations using Integration Hub spokes; build and consume REST/SOAP and scripted REST APIs for inbound/outbound integration.
•Own release management and core platform administration, and partner with QA/DevOps/support to troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and deliver documentation/user guides.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, architecture, and delivery across ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITOM, and HAM, aligned with ITIL practices.
•Certified ServiceNow professional certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM.
•Practical experience configuring FSM for dispatching, scheduling, and mobile workforce automation.
•Strong server-side and integration development experience (e.g., Script Includes, Business Rules, GlideRecord, Flow Designer, Integration Hub/spokes, REST/SOAP and scripted REST APIs).
•Experience designing Virtual Agent conversational flows (topics and NLU) and applying AI/Now Assist to automate service operations.
