•Review and assess technical accounting topics impacting the company, including non-standard transactions (equity, revenue, debt, VIE analysis, investments) and evaluating new accounting standards.
•Own end-to-end stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718, including journal entries, documenting accounting treatment, and financial statement disclosures.
•Support ad hoc projects, analysis, and management initiatives.
•Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements, including drafting disclosures.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.
•Provide clear communication to management and business partners on accounting implications of transactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 142,000 annually

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting with CPA license
•3-5 years of accounting or auditing experience, including at least 2 years in a technical accounting capacity

•Strong project management and leadership skills with track record of handling multiple cross-functional projects
