Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve collection performance expectations for assigned delinquent accounts based on individual goals (e.g., calls per day, contact percentage, promises/calls ratio).
  • •Provide cure plans and negotiate payment arrangements to cure delinquency, evaluating ability and willingness to pay and adhering to all policies and training.
  • •Disclose relevant account information accurately and professionally, and manage client communications with required compliance and quality expectations.
  • •Work accounts thoroughly using established procedures, including contact attempts and required letters, and execute on call scripts documented in training and policy.
  • •Document all collection efforts in the system of record, process payments/transactions, and complete required CBT courses on time.
