Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and produce drawings in Autodesk Revit (Buildings) or Bentley OpenBuildings within structural discipline, with limited supervision.
  • •Act as BIM Lead Verifier and ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan and BIM standards.
  • •Proactively check and coordinate project BIM models and deliverables against client requirements and industry standards.
  • •Independently verify completeness and accuracy of team outputs before senior review; manage QA/QC protocols.
  • •Initiate and manage BIM360 projects; coordinate using Navisworks and other coordination software; guide and manage junior staff.

  • •Ability to fulfil the duties and responsibilities of the role.
  • •Advanced understanding of the design process and interfaces between design disciplines within structural practice.
  • •Computational skills including Dynamo/Grasshopper/Python.
  • •Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks, presentation software, and working in a BIM environment.
  • •Minimum 12 years’ experience modelling concrete and steel structures, plus minimum 7 years’ relevant Revit modelling experience.
