Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets.
  • •Ensure safe movement of cars in and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and implement improvement steps.
  • •Engage team members with coaching and feedback; provide performance management and clear expectations for goals and performance measures.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; train associates on Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively and efficiently the first time.
