Lead end-to-end projects that enhance performance across markets in up to 40 countries, while managing and mentoring a small team. Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a multinational environment to drive operational excellence.

•Design, build, and implement core commercial processes aligned to growth objectives and improved resource utilization.

•Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of up to five people to foster collaboration and accountability.
•Collaborate with diverse cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and success in a multinational environment.

Key Requirements

•Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of implementing operational improvements.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
