Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve NAND probe/back-end testing coverage, quality, and testing efficiency through ownership of test flows and program sign-off.
  • •Develop novel test algorithms and validation test programs for NAND features and commands using high-speed tester hardware.
  • •Support new product startup and yield improvement by collaborating with wafer fab process/integration groups to address process-related defects.
  • •Perform failure analysis (electrical/physical) and systematic data analysis using statistical tools to identify low-yield causes and recommend actions.
  • •Develop and maintain manufacturing firmware for SSD testing, including self-testing capabilities and continuous improvement of test coverage via code optimization.
