Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose and repair basic and major mechanical issues, and perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
  • •Maintain a strong working knowledge of high-voltage (HV), low-voltage (LV), and general electric vehicle systems.
  • •Follow repair order documentation procedures, including “The Three C’s.”
  • •Use the appropriate software suite to document all customer vehicle interactions accurately.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with the service team and customers, and support mobile service needs as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
  • •Knowledge of high-voltage systems, low-voltage systems, and electric vehicle powertrains.
  • •Customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
  • •Valid driver’s license and willingness to complete required training post hire (including CPR) and obtain ASE certifications within 6-8 months.
