Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Mission Systems (MS) software teaming infrastructure to support a high-performing software development cadence.
  • •Create, integrate, and manage teaming infrastructure processes across cross-functional partners, including Agile integration.
  • •Create and manage program metrics, including staffing flow (Adaptive Planning) and efficiency metrics, for management analysis.
  • •Coordinate support for the MS Software Senior Manager, including calendar alignment and people-facing roles as needed.
  • •Interface with MS IPT PIO and coordinate Facility, IT, Security, and Supply requests; support MS staffing and onboarding for new hire engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. Citizenship for employment (interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start may be required).
