•Prepare structured study reports for governance decisions and review administrative circulars for compliance.
•Track activation and implementation of committees’ administrative decisions and analyze outcomes against Authority objectives.
•Manage electronic follow-up systems for committees and representatives and follow up on related corporate committee governance development projects within RTA.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in public administration or Business Administration.
•6+ years of experience in case of a master’s degree (8+ years in case of a bachelor’s degree).
•Demonstrated expertise in committee and team governance.
•Knowledge of governance, risk, and excellence programs.
•Ability to analyze and develop policies, and manage policy implementation and compliance.
