Own the go-to-market execution for Generative AI product launches and adoption within TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem. Use user behavior, feedback, and market signals to define product direction, while identifying new product and business opportunities through research and competitive benchmarking. Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Communications, Sales, and Strategy to bring features to market, and support relationship-building with external AI partners to expand the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive execution of go-to-market plans for Generative AI product launches and feature adoption
•Analyze user behavior, inbound feedback, and market signals to generate insights for product direction
•Identify new product and business opportunities via data-driven research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX, Communications, Sales, Strategy) to align priorities and ship features
•Support relationship-building with external AI partners to strengthen the product ecosystem and enable co-development potential

Key Requirements

•3+ years of work experience in product marketing/operations roles in the AI landscape or the tech/ad industry
•Passion to learn and use AI products
•Strong project management skills with the ability to grasp core context, identify risks, and coordinate to achieve goals
•Analytical, data-sensitive, and goal-driven mindset with comfort setting ambitious targets
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
