Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Commerce, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
  • •7–10 years’ experience in project controls, cost engineering, or commercial management on major projects.
  • •Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, earned value management (EVM), cost risk analysis, change management, and integrating cost with schedule and risk.
  • •Experience with project controls systems including Primavera P6, Uniphi, InEight, EcoSys, Contruent/Prism, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
  • •AACE CCP, PMI, or AIPM certification is desirable.
