Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Enterprise Marketplace Domain Lead to drive domain strategic, operational, and execution priorities.
  • •Establish and manage operating rhythms including leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and governance forums.
  • •Coordinate and drive execution of key initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and other partners.
  • •Support strategic planning, quarterly/annual planning, OKR tracking, and business reviews to create actionable plans.
  • •Provide governance and follow-through on decisions, action items, dependencies, risks, and build visibility into milestones, metrics, and delivery progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Product Operations, or a similar role in a complex, fast-paced organization.
  • •Experience working with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into structured plans and execution.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with competing priorities, dependencies, and risks.
  • •Experience with business planning, operating rhythms, governance, OKRs, and metrics/business reviews.
