Job Summary

Build and scale an integration partner ecosystem, including AI Builder partnerships, by owning a portfolio of strategic technology and platform partners. Drive joint GTM plans with defined KPIs, expand through co-marketing and co-sell motions, and generate sourced/influenced pipeline. Partner with Product and Engineering to ship and align on integration roadmaps, support partner enablement, and track adoption, activation, and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and grow a portfolio of strategic technology and platform partners.
•Develop and execute joint GTM plans with defined KPIs and measurable adoption and revenue outcomes.
•Drive sourced and influenced pipeline through partner relationships and enable Sales with partner positioning and playbooks.
•Work closely with Product and Engineering on integration roadmaps and technical alignment.
•Coordinate co-marketing initiatives, support partner enablement, and track/report partner performance metrics and partnership health.

Key Requirements

•~5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform strategy at a developer tools, cloud, or infrastructure company.
•Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and modern data/infra stacks.
•Demonstrated experience shipping integrations and growing them post-launch.
•Experience owning partners end-to-end, including sourcing, technical alignment, negotiation, launch, and growth.
•Commercial mindset with comfort around deal structures, revenue models, forecasting, and KPIs.
