Job Summary

Develop and grow TrendAI’s partner ecosystem across the DACH region by identifying, recruiting, and enabling new System Integrators, SOC-Partners, and Consulting Partners. Build and execute joint GTM activities and business plans, achieve revenue objectives, and support partners through sales cycles and market activities. Provide partner feedback to internal teams, connect partners within Trend Micro, and represent the company at events and fairs.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and recruit new partners (System Integrators, SOC-Partners, Consulting Partners) within Trend Micro’s strategic alliances.
•Enable and develop partners in Trend Micro’s strategic solutions.
•Build, agree on, and execute joint GTM activities and joint business plans.
•Achieve business objectives and identify additional revenue potential in strategic areas.
•Consult and support partners during sales cycles and market activities, and represent Trend Micro at events and fairs.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in the same or similar fields.
•Strong network across the partner ecosystem in DACH.
•Knowledge of Managed Services and Managed Security Services.
•Track record of sales success and regularly achieving/exceeding MBOs or quotas.
•Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
