Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive experimentation and optimization by designing, implementing, and analyzing rapid A/B and multivariate tests to improve KPIs.
  • •Identify bottlenecks in user funnels and develop technical solutions to improve conversion rates across the lifecycle.
  • •Build growth-oriented features such as onboarding flows, referral systems, and automated engagement loops.
  • •Develop scalable code and infrastructure to support growth initiatives and experimentation frameworks.
  • •Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and data science to translate business goals into technical requirements and execute solutions.

Key Requirements
