Recruiting Coordinator & Rec Ops Specialist

Own recruiting operations end-to-end by coordinating and scheduling interviews across time zones, managing candidate communications, and keeping candidate records accurate in Ashby. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interview workflows, support job posting and role updates, and assist with offer coordination and onboarding logistics. Help track recruiting metrics and pipeline health while identifying process improvements to scale a high-touch candidate experience across technical and business roles.
