Pump Rig Supervisor

Oversee on-site pump rig operations to ensure safe, efficient well development and pump installation in accordance with design specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Lead and train pump crews, coordinate equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to reduce downtime, and maintain complete safety and daily reporting. Serve as the primary on-site contact for management while enforcing MSHA/OSHA and environmental compliance and ensuring proper site setup and housekeeping.
