Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain schedule governance, including scheduling guidelines, planning methodologies, and periodic schedule updates.
  • •Lead cashflow governance by consolidating cashflow forecasts, monitoring spending performance, and maintaining cashflow planning standards and reporting.
  • •Develop schedule, cost, and cashflow forecasting models, and perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to support business planning.
  • •Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions; develop automation tools/workflows and manage SharePoint governance for reporting platforms.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, project controls, finance, procurement, and site teams to deliver performance reports and align planning assumptions and reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Controls, Project Planning, Scheduling, or Construction Management.
  • •Strong knowledge of scheduling, cashflow forecasting, and portfolio reporting.
  • •Experience developing dashboards, reporting systems, and business intelligence solutions.
  • •Proficiency with tools such as Excel and Power BI (Power Query, Power Automate, VBA, Python or similar automation tools preferred).
