Build strong relationships with retail banking customers through proactive outreach, in-person and virtual interactions, and ongoing follow-up. Assess customer banking needs, collect and process account information, open consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educate clients on deposit and loan products plus emerging digital and self-service tools to deliver an accurate, customer-first experience while partnering with the branch team. NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z is required.
