Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Software Engineering Manager to coordinate software development, testing, and release activities for the PlayStation developer platform.
  • •Create project plans, roadmaps, and processes for software projects, aligning objectives, milestones, and quality expectations with stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate product testing activities in close partnership with colleagues across QA.
  • •Monitor and report progress cross-functionally and to senior executives, highlighting dependencies and mitigating risks.
  • •Manage internal projects to balance improvements to internal ways of working with external delivery commitments, and contribute to TPM best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant project management experience.
  • •Experience managing multiple software development projects across medium to high complexity and globally distributed teams.
  • •Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and in parallel.
  • •Experience delivering change management or standardisation initiatives.
  • •Experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and strong software engineering background.
