Job Summary

Own planning, process, progress tracking, and release coordination for software that powers the PlayStation developer platform. Partner with UK/Ireland engineering teams and global stakeholders in the US and Japan to align on objectives, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation. Create roadmaps and project plans, coordinate testing with QA, report cross-functionally to senior executives, and help improve TPM best practices and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Software Engineering Manager to coordinate software development, testing, and release activities for the PlayStation developer platform.
•Create project plans, roadmaps, and processes for software projects, aligning objectives, milestones, and quality expectations with stakeholders.
•Coordinate product testing activities in close partnership with colleagues across QA.
•Monitor and report progress cross-functionally and to senior executives, highlighting dependencies and mitigating risks.
•Manage internal projects to balance improvements to internal ways of working with external delivery commitments, and contribute to TPM best practices.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant project management experience.
•Experience managing multiple software development projects across medium to high complexity and globally distributed teams.
•Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and in parallel.
•Experience delivering change management or standardisation initiatives.
•Experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and strong software engineering background.
