Line-manage ~7 engineers, set technical direction with tech leads, drive an AI-native delivery rhythm using Claude Code and agentic tooling, and raise the hiring bar.

Key Responsibilities

•Line-manage approximately seven engineers across Commercial Tech & Integrations and Stability & Operations, focusing on growth plans, coaching, performance, and wellbeing.
•Own delivery and technical direction by partnering with tech leads on architecture and maintaining standards for design, review, and shipping across both technical domains.
•Hire and raise the bar using the company’s High-Agency & AI-Native hiring approach and build a strong team as it scales.
•Drive an AI-native operating rhythm, modeling tighter discovery-to-build-to-review loops for engineers using Claude Code and agentic tooling.
•Own the operational backbone including on-call health, incident practice, and proactive communication to ensure reliability as a habit.
