Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers [Customer Engineers] to install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment.
  • •Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot and address equipment issues with guidance.
  • •Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training provided).
  • •Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • •Fulfill additional duties, as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of an Associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or a trade certification.
  • •Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • •Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical challenges with guidance.
  • •Effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with customers.
  • •Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint plus a valid driver’s license (and ability to obtain a passport if travel is required).
