Key Responsibilities

•Manage multiple Civil OSP design projects from initiation through final delivery, including schedules, production plans, resource forecasts, and milestones.
•Coordinate engineering, CAD, permitting, utility, and construction support activities while monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and quality performance.
•Establish QA/QC procedures for deliverables, manage quality review workflows, and conduct technical reviews of underground telecom components.
•Track quality metrics and recurring deficiencies, lead corrective action plans, and perform root-cause analyses to reduce rework.
•Lead client and stakeholder coordination (status meetings, review comments, and resolution processes) and support proposal/scope and change management activities.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or related discipline plus 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).

•Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D for design review and QA/QC verification.
•Knowledge of QA/QC processes and engineering review procedures.
•Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resource planning, and delivery performance.
