Key Responsibilities

•Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center.
•Manage facilities to meet or exceed production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite.
•Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency, perform root cause analysis, and execute action plans with site leadership and associates.
•Conduct weekly site performance reviews and report results versus targets, including challenges and countermeasures.
•Guide daily site manager huddles and support continuous improvement projects and process changes while fostering team development.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
•Experience leading a team of 50+ associates and a track record of developing employees.
•Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis.
•Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
