Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately and on-time encode customer orders (automatic or manual), evaluating order quantity against minimum requirements.
  • •Track and process customer incidents (invoice disputes, short deliveries, and/or returns) using TICS for timely resolution.
  • •Facilitate new item creation and coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete required master data.
  • •Enter sample requests and ensure timely production and shipment of samples.
  • •Maintain EDI connectivity and customer/third-party portals; synchronize item attributes via OneWorldSync/Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN).

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in customer service in a fast-moving consumer or manufacturing environment.
  • •Strongly preferred 1-2 years of experience working with ERP, portals, and data encoding/interchange software.
  • •Proficiency gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications.
  • •Effective communication with customers (external and internal).
