Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute testing to ensure Pronto products meet requirements and are free of defects with every release.
  • •Write, maintain, and execute test cases, producing and maintaining documentation for quality metrics.
  • •Clarify and refine requirements with a Technical Project Manager, customer, or internal stakeholders and estimate testing timescales.
  • •Analyse trends, implement solutions to improve quality, and ensure delivery teams follow testing best practices.
  • •Support rollouts of automated test solutions, identify new tools/technologies, and periodically attend customer premises to witness on-site software use.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years experience of commercial software testing and ensuring product stability with releases.
  • •A formal degree in Computing Science (or equivalent experience).
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical understanding for stakeholder updates.
  • •Knowledge of Agile methodologies is desirable.
  • •ISTQB certification and experience/interest in test automation (e.g., Playwright, Appium, Cypress) are desirable.
