Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a member of the Global Executive Team and fulfill directorship responsibilities for the role.
  • •Develop and deliver a region-specific strategic roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
  • •Hold full P&L accountability, lead budgeting, and deliver profitability targets with cost discipline.
  • •Provide commercial and customer leadership, including pricing/product strategies and customer acquisition/retention.
  • •Ensure risk, compliance, and governance by upholding global and local policies and managing operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.
