Key Responsibilities

  • •Own financial reporting including Board decks, investor relations reporting, month-end close, forecasts, annual plan, and long-range plan processes.
  • •Prepare and consolidate business performance commentary with underlying drivers and variance analysis for internal and external communication.
  • •Collaborate with senior leadership on presentations for C-suite executives and prepare Board materials and investor reporting.
  • •Scale and improve FP&A systems and processes (Adaptive) to increase productivity and accuracy.
  • •Maintain and evolve the financial model to project balance sheet and cash flow, including forecasting key compensation expenses such as SBC.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of corporate FP&A experience.
  • •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite.
  • •Experience producing financial analysis and performance narratives with recommendations for C-suite and Board stakeholders.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and presentations.
