Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. Set the tone on the sales floor, elevate client service with omni-channel and virtual selling, and drive clienteling and customer data capture. Recruit, onboard, and develop associates, track KPIs, and act as Store Leader in their absence. Ensure brand/visual standards, oversee cash and security, manage staffing and payroll budgets, and support inventory and live stream shopping.
