Production Line Lead

Ensure production machinery operates safely and efficiently on the production floor. Operate and monitor equipment, make required adjustments, and escalate mechanical issues to maintenance. Serve as the first-line problem solver before involving the supervisor, act as backup for Production Technicians, and oversee line operations during the supervisor’s absence while following PQI standards.
