Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct systematic research across the AI infrastructure stack for LLMs and AI agents.
  • •Develop multimodal query processing, including vector, full-text, and SQL query processing, and scalable semantic operators.
  • •Explore intelligence and agent architecture via infrastructure auto-optimization driven by AI agent workflows.
  • •Research network and observability, including intelligent fault localization and root cause analysis for large-scale AI clusters.
  • •Work on storage, power scheduling, and distributed vector retrieval systems to improve performance, latency, and cost.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Skilled in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., C/C++, Python, Go) with strong coding ability and algorithm fundamentals.
  • •Independently design and develop complex systems and produce design documents, deliverables, and demo systems.
  • •Familiarity with state-of-the-art data management technologies.
  • •Preferred: research experience in LLMs and infrastructure, and at least two first-author papers in relevant conferences or journals.
