Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a high-performing team across GL accounting, treasury, and technical accounting.
•Design, implement and maintain accounting policies and processes to enable accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP.
•Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, driving timeline reductions and establishing the controls and reconciliation standards expected of a public company.
•Serve as the in-house US GAAP technical accounting expert.
•Partner with Corp Eng on ERP (Oracle Fusion) optimization and automation across the accounting tech stack.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 270,000 annually

•Experience in a SOX-controlled environment is a plus
