Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the architecture of the data center IT module (“white space”), including high-density power distribution, cooling integration, rack infrastructure, modular deployment strategies, and pod-level system design.
  • •Integrate and oversee system designs across white space components to ensure scalable, repeatable, optimized architectures.
  • •Develop end-to-end reference architectures for data center solutions and collaborate with customers to shape future designs.
  • •Lead the technical direction for mission-critical power architecture work, from concept through deployment.
  • •Apply continuous improvement methodologies and project management approaches such as Lean/Six Sigma and Agile/Scrum to delivery efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in the data center industry, spanning multiple data center domains.
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale, mission-critical power architectures from concept through deployment.
  • •Knowledge of medium-voltage and low-voltage electrical distribution, UPS systems, energy storage, and AC/DC power architectures.
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations, communicate to technical and executive audiences, and mentor engineers.
