Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line supervision, coaching, performance evaluations, and development plans for Damage Prevention and regulatory compliance personnel, including corrective actions as needed.
  • •Administer Damage Prevention programs in accordance with company policies and federal/state regulations and industry standards, including support for inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • •Oversee One-Call ticket management, locate coordination, violation tracking, contractor outreach, and ROW surveillance activities.
  • •Manage Public Awareness program activities, monitor effectiveness, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to maintain safe and effective programs.
  • •Develop and distribute program performance metrics and regulatory reporting, and administer budgets and contractor/vendor performance.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma required.
  • •5+ years of experience in pipeline operations, regulatory compliance, damage prevention, public awareness, right-of-way surveillance, asset integrity, engineering, or related industry work.
  • •Knowledge of federal and state pipeline safety regulations and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • •Ability to supervise employees, contractors, and vendors while maintaining safety, compliance, and performance accountability.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and GIS-based systems/reporting tools.
