Job Summary

Perform electrical maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair on industrial electrical systems, ensuring safety per HSE and PTW/LOTO policies. Review permits and risk assessments, isolate and lockout equipment, and maintain/test motors, switchgear, MCCs, UPS, and lighting to sustain operational reliability. Coordinate with supervisors and other teams to ensure readiness of parts and safe execution of shutdowns and turnarounds.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out electrical maintenance, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities on electrical systems and equipment in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.
•Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company HSE policies, PTW requirements, and site regulations.
•Review work permits, job plans, risk assessments, and method statements before commencing activities.
•Isolate, lock out, and tag out electrical equipment as required and verify safe working conditions before starting work.
•Coordinate with supervisors, planners, operations personnel, and other maintenance disciplines to execute assigned work effectively.

Key Requirements

•Diploma/ITI/Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Industrial facilities.
•Good knowledge of electrical safety practices, PTW systems, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
•Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
•Experience in ADNOC projects is an advantage.
