Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide IFEC maintenance and troubleshooting expertise to airline line maintenance teams (remotely or onsite).
  • •Support system installation and retrofit activities on aircraft, including witnessing or running SIP/GFTP.
  • •Handle field support activities (maintenance calls, customer support requests) to ensure timely dispatch and high system performance/customer satisfaction.
  • •Investigate critical in-service events and lead them to resolution.
  • •Create, update, and validate technical maintenance/installation data and provide activity reports; feed improvements to monitoring tools/processes.

Key Requirements
