Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Visual Manager and Marketing to establish the Herzogenaurach store as a Center of Excellence.
  • •Implement visual communication processes and guidelines using visual merchandising and seasonal directives.
  • •Own window execution/concepts and support brand initiatives and product storytelling.
  • •Create store trainings to ensure consistent product knowledge and VM standards across the team.
  • •Manage the Customization Area and oversee merchandise availability communication; analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive the business.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising.
  • •Strong experience in a customer-oriented retail environment (clothing/shoes).

  • •Excellent German and English communication (written and verbal).
  • •Good PC skills (MS Office, Outlook, Internet) plus strong interpersonal and organizational abilities and time management.
