Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor and lead a federal design team through all project phases, ensuring coordination and alignment with technical leadership.
  • •Interpret, organize, and coordinate technical assignments and engineering tasks for complex projects.
  • •Plan and develop engineering tasks for unique problems and define scope for investigations and innovative solutions.
  • •Serve as primary liaison between internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication and action plan implementation.
  • •Guide and resolve technical matters on projects, consulting with Technical Leadership on building code issues when necessary, with emphasis on healthcare or large campus programs.
  • •Operate with minimal supervision, providing administrative guidance while maintaining autonomy and leadership.
  • •Lead a team of Architects and/or designers, coordinating activities to deliver project outcomes.
