Key Responsibilities

•Mentor and lead a federal design team through all project phases, ensuring coordination and alignment with technical leadership.
•Interpret, organize, and coordinate technical assignments and engineering tasks for complex projects.
•Plan and develop engineering tasks for unique problems and define scope for investigations and innovative solutions.
•Serve as primary liaison between internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication and action plan implementation.
•Guide and resolve technical matters on projects, consulting with Technical Leadership on building code issues when necessary, with emphasis on healthcare or large campus programs.
•Operate with minimal supervision, providing administrative guidance while maintaining autonomy and leadership.
•Lead a team of Architects and/or designers, coordinating activities to deliver project outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 165,000 annually
