Job Summary

Own block-level and top-level physical verification for advanced-node chips, including RDL and MIMCAP closure for complex chiplets. Collaborate with Physical Design and RTL teams to drive seamless integration and resolve issues. Leverage hands-on lower-node (3nm and below) and low-power (UPF) knowledge, and use Unix/Linux scripting to support verification and debug. Coordinate across cross-functional teams with strong communication in English.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform block-level and top-level physical verification.
•Drive RDL and MIMCAP closure for complex chiplets.
•Work with cross-functional teams (Physical Design and RTL) to integrate and resolve problems.
•Apply expertise in lower-node technologies (3nm and below).
•Use Unix/Linux scripting and strong debugging to support verification activities.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on block-level and top-level physical verification experience.
•Strong understanding and hands-on experience in lower-node technologies (3nm and below).
•Experience driving RDL and MIMCAP closure for complex chiplets.
•Hands-on experience in physical verification including multi-voltage designs.
•8-12 years of experience in physical design flow and methodology development on advanced nodes below 3nm, plus a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
