Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers to build full-stack, distributed microservices solutions for regulatory needs.
  • •Mentor engineering talent, share technology trends, and participate in internal and external technology communities (including coding or evaluating code as needed).
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions and drive experiences for customers.
  • •Lead teams across multiple Agile engineering teams or programs, providing strategic direction and ensuring delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Partner with product, architecture, and platform leaders to define multi-year technology roadmaps and investment priorities, and drive end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale distributed/cloud-native systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 229,900 - 262,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering).
  • •At least 6 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization technologies.
  • •At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • •Experience delivering solutions for distributed microservices and full-stack systems with high reliability and performance requirements.
