Key Responsibilities

  • •Own design, build and maintain the systems that enable our AI product, including a runtime environment for AI agent workloads in a secure and scalable way and a high-throughput sandbox scheduler across cloud providers.
  • •Harden our infrastructure against failures, downtime, and slowdowns to ensure reliability and performance at scale.
  • •Support growth by preventing infrastructure bottlenecks and planning capacity for increasing demand.
  • •Plan and implement network infrastructure and cloud strategy to support multi-cloud operations.
  • •Identify and drive reliability improvements across engineering teams through monitoring, tooling and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep experience building production infrastructure as a Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer or similar.
  • •Deep experience with service orchestration, networking, cloud infrastructure and modern scalable infrastructure practices from a global tech startup or scale-up.
  • •Strong programming skills.
  • •Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving problems as they arise.
  • •Care for security, stability, and speed and know when to make trade-offs between them.
