Job Summary

Lead workplace operations and coordinate cross-site planning for a major rail and transit program. Own operational readiness, onboarding coordination, and workplace transitions while tracking risks, issues, actions, and continuous improvement opportunities. Establish and maintain workplace procedures, governance processes, and reporting dashboards. Partner with IT, facilities, vendors, and client teams to ensure digital workplace technology readiness and adoption, including SharePoint-based tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead coordination of workplace operations across multiple office locations.
•Support workplace planning activities including seating strategies, utilization reviews, onboarding readiness, office transitions, and workspace improvements.
•Manage operational initiatives end-to-end from planning and coordination through implementation and close-out.
•Develop, implement, and maintain workplace operating procedures, SOPs, and governance processes; maintain operational trackers and leadership reporting.
•Coordinate workplace technology readiness and adoption with IT, facilities, and vendors, and develop guidance materials and onboarding resources using SharePoint-based operational tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 85,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 6 years of experience in workplace operations, project management, business operations, facilities coordination, or PMO environments, or a relevant diploma plus 8 years of relevant experience.
•8+ years experience in workplace operations, project management, business operations, facilities coordination, or PMO environments.
•Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups and vendors.
•Demonstrated experience developing processes, governance frameworks, or continuous improvement initiatives.
•Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Excel, and Power BI.
