Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct workforce administration planning and execution activities, including budgets, operating plans, shift bids, monthly spending, and staffing levels.
  • •Identify and analyze trends and variances from the operating plan and other performance areas.
  • •Oversee people movement, RIF and recalls, payroll processing, and leaves of absence.
  • •Oversee shift bids, vacation bids, overtime, time duty limits, and change of shift.
  • •Provide leadership to administrative teams for manning, payroll, audits, hiring, and reductions in force, partnering with Lost Time Administration and managing ad hoc projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
  • •5 years of airline operations experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.

  • •Previous experience leading a large organization.
  • •Strong presentation and communication skills.
